Recommended Dosage
Tungsten Ores: 200-800g/t ore
Tin Ores: 300-1000g/t ore
Rare Earth Ores: 500-1500g/t ore
Phosphate Ores: 200-600g/t ore
Fluorite Ores: 300-800g/t ore
* Dosage depends on ore grade and mineralogy. Optimal dosage determined by flotation tests.
Usage Instructions
Preparation: Prepare soap solution with NaOH or Na₂CO₃ (saponification) before addition
pH Control: Optimal performance at pH 8-10
Temperature: Optimal performance at 25-40°C (heating improves dispersion)
Assistant Collectors: May be used with diesel oil or kerosene for enhanced performance
* Saponification ratio: 1:0.3-0.5 (collector:NaOH). Store in cool, dry place.
